Hello, lovely people!
My name is Bailee Young and y’all are here to get to know more about me, so where do I start? Well I am 25 years old, and I’m new to blogging so wish me luck! I have three sisters, one older and two younger and growing up my parents would always take us on trips all over the United States. Most of them were spontaneous, so I’m always down for a road trip. A few of my favorite things are stickers, flowers, singing off key at the top of my lungs in the car with my sisters, and being outdoors in nature surrounded by God’s beautiful creation. My sisters have said I have a kind of fairy spirit, kind hearted, whimsy, and free. Which I think is great, but also funny because if I had wings I’d still have a fear of heights.
I grew up in a christian home and have known and loved Jesus my whole life. In the last 3 to 4 years though, I have really been digging deeper into what it means to be a Christ follower. The way God has shown up in my life has amazed me, and every time I want to pursue my faith more. I have always been a helper and in the last two years I have felt this pull to be of service in a bigger way. I was praying for God to send me something bigger than myself with some adventure, but most importantly help me get out of my comfort zone and grow in my faith. And through a series of events the Lord led me to the World Race.
